Balm Haus is a professional and respectful environment. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the service and refusal of future appointments.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of personal care services, all services and retail products are final sale. Refunds are not provided once a service has been rendered.
